1. Open a bank account and deposit money

After the company is formed and a certified copy of the notarial deed of incorporation and a release certificate (certificat de déblocage) is shown to the bank in the later stages, the funds will be automatically unblocked.
2. Verify the availability of the company name
Applicants can do this by checking their proposed names with the Luxembourg Business Register Shareholders online. When submitting a request to the Luxembourg Business Register to confirm the availability of a company’s name, the applicant company will need to pay a fee (usually not more than 10 euros).
3. Acquire services of a notary
It will require the help of a notary or lawyer to draw up documents. These include the articles of association of the company and the deed of incorporation later on.
On behalf of the company, the Luxembourg notary is legally obliged to pay all costs relating to the incorporation and registration of a Luxembourg company. A detailed account/invoice of the costs will be produced by the notary once Luxembourg company registration and incorporation is complete.
4. Register the company
